Boston Feed and Tack is family owned and operated. Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Boston, Georgia, the store is located at 129-B Main Street in the historic Boston Depot across the street from the new post office.

Boston Feed and Tack is an authorized Nutrena® Dealer, with a wide range of high-quality feed for all types of animals. We have a full line of tack and pet supplies from saddles, halters, harnesses, bridles, bits, breast collars, and leads to pet leashes and collars, pet toys and chews even buckets, bowls and feeders of all kinds. We also stock general animal health products like dewormer, vitamins, vaccines, wound care, fly/flea sprays, shampoos, and grooming products as well as fencing supplies, gift items and much, much more. If we don’t have it, we can get it.

Tim and Heather Hutchison decided to move to Boston after a visit to Thomas County. The quaint City of Boston and its small town qualities were just the place they were looking for to raise their young family. Boston has all the benefits of country living even inside the city limits. The Hutchison family grew to include horses, goats, cows, chickens, hogs, cats, dogs and from time to time deer and fox have been known to pass through. As avid animal lovers Tim, Heather and the girls wanted to give their animals high quality feed without driving 15 miles to get it, so as the family grew so did the idea for Boston Feed and Tack as a way to promote growth and support in Boston.
